Treasury Manager

About the role

This position offers the chance to work in a Treasury 4.0 transformation environment at Siemens Energy, collaborating with a global team to ensure liquidity across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily cash disposition and balancing for Siemens Energy entities in all required currencies.
• Support liquidity planning and short‑term cash forecasting, identifying funding needs and excess liquidity.
• Contribute to cash‑management process optimisation, including automation and standardisation initiatives.
• Assist in managing in‑house bank activities such as payment factories, electronic banking solutions, and Treasury IT user management.
• Coordinate with core banking partners to maintain smooth connectivity to Treasury IT systems.
• Monitor cash positions, analyse deviations and support reporting and dashboards for liquidity transparency.
• Participate in projects that digitise and automate Treasury functions and harmonise the Treasury IT landscape.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Treasury policies, procedures and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Treasury, Cash Management or a comparable finance function.
• Proactive, efficient and structured working style with strong intercultural awareness.
• Interest in digitalisation, data analysis and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS Quantum).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
