Treasury Capital Manager – Western Europe

About the role

Revolut’s Finance team is looking for a Treasury Capital Manager to support key treasury activities across Western Europe. The role focuses on ICAAP reporting, capital allocation and managing market risks such as FX, interest rates and credit while collaborating with technology teams to improve reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own, enhance and build capital management and allocation frameworks (ICAAP).
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Support business decision‑making with capital actions and analyses.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management.
• Interpret regulatory requirements related to safeguarding.

Required profile

• 6+ years of treasury management experience, focusing on capital management in a financial institution or fintech.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICAAP reporting and ability to present findings.
• Expertise in forecasting, modelling and capital allocation/optimisation.
• Solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR, Delegated Act, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain decisions to senior management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and fluency in English.
