Travel Solutions Specialist – French Speaker (On‑Site, Porto)

About the role

Join a leading global car‑rental company as a French‑speaking Travel Solutions Specialist based in Porto. You will be the primary point of contact for international travelers, helping them manage reservations, extensions, and any issues that arise during their rental journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound French‑language inquiries about vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and account questions.
• Resolve unexpected travel challenges or billing discrepancies calmly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with global rental hubs and internal fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability and high‑quality service.
• Log all client interactions, rental modifications, and feedback accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in French (written and spoken) and good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic, solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail when managing bookings.
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site in Porto.

Required skills

• Comfort with learning new internal databases, reservation software, and standard digital tools.
