Travel Product Executive - Europe

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel Product Executive to join a leading luxury tour operator. Working 100% remotely across Europe, you will act as the on‑the‑ground product expert, supporting the London‑based product team in delivering high‑quality, tailor‑made travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) across Europe.
• Assist with commercial negotiations to secure favourable contract terms.
• Maintain and update product data, including imagery, website copy, and internal knowledge‑base entries.
• Curate and manage internal seller’s notes on hotels and experiences.
• Plan and execute familiarisation (fam) trips, handling itineraries, logistics, briefings and post‑trip follow‑up.
• Conduct on‑site hotel inspections and focused fam trips as needed.
• Support Travel Designers, concierge, and operations teams with product queries.
• Process inbound updates from properties, DMCs and local agencies.
• Prepare product, supplier and country reports for the Product Manager.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a product, contracting or reservations role within a DMC, bedbank or tour operator.
• Strong knowledge of the European travel market.
• Ability to work autonomously and keep stakeholders informed.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with hotel GMs and DMC contacts.
• High attention to detail and a passion for luxury travel standards.
