Travel Advisor / Portuguese Customer Support

About the role

A multinational company based in Porto is looking for a Travel Advisor / Portuguese Customer Support agent. You will assist customers through email and phone, help them manage reservations and billing issues, and promote car rental services. The company offers a competitive salary, a relocation package and a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via email or phone in an enthusiastic and professional way.
• Help customers manage reservations, cancellations and billing inquiries.
• Answer questions about car rental bookings and their options, and suggest and add information on these services.
• Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform.
• Process and reply promptly to contact requests.
• Contribute to building a commitment to the client's brand.

Required profile

• Fluent Portuguese (C1+) and good English (B2).
• Valid work permit from Portugal or EU ID.
• Availability to work in shifts and rotating schedules.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose quick solutions.
