Business Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Deblock, a new European fintech combining banking and digital assets, is hiring Customer Support Specialists for its office in the centre of Porto (Baixa). The role supports corporate customers through chat and email, working in rotating shifts to cover a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient and accurate support to customers through chat and email
• Troubleshoot product questions, account issues, payments and general inquiries
• Follow internal procedures to ensure compliance, safety and customer protection
• Work in rotating shifts to support the global customer base
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and customer experience
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a continuously improving knowledge base
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future improvements

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience supporting corporate customers
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
• Eligibility to work in Portugal
• In-office presence in the centre of Porto (Baixa)
