Translation Manager (f/m/div.)

About the role

As a Translation Manager you will lead the development and production of all translations for Bosch, ensuring high‑quality, consistent multilingual content across the organization. You will coordinate with internal teams and external language service providers to deliver timely, brand‑aligned localized material.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end translation and localization projects for a variety of content types.
• Assign translation tasks to external providers, monitor progress and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Conduct internal reviews and quality‑assurance checks to guarantee linguistic accuracy.
• Maintain and apply Bosch terminology databases consistently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare source material and resolve translation queries.
• Oversee relationships with external translation vendors and drive continuous process improvement.
• Track project timelines, quality metrics and delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in translation, localization or multilingual content management.
• Experience managing translation vendors and coordinating complex projects.
• Knowledge of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and localization workflows.
• Familiarity with terminology management and linguistic quality‑assurance processes.
• Strong stakeholder and project‑management capabilities.
