SEO & GEO Lead – Digital COE

About the role

As a key member of the Digital Center of Excellence, you will help Enovis drive the medical‑technology industry forward by improving search visibility across corporate, professional and consumer digital properties. The role focuses on technical SEO, content discoverability and emerging AI‑driven GEO practices for a multi‑brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Set SEO and GEO governance, requirements and optimization priorities across digital properties.
• Partner with Web, Content and Marketplace teams on technical fixes, taxonomy and discoverability.
• Develop reporting on visibility, rankings, search‑driven traffic quality and opportunity areas.
• Embed SEO into templates, migrations, content standards and experimentation planning.
• Ensure search readiness across website migrations and re‑platforming initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical SEO, preferably in web and marketplace environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate SEO requirements into technical and content backlogs.
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SEO reporting and tooling.
