Training Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Training Officer to join our international Human Resources team. In this role you will coordinate learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and align with business objectives, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the annual training plan and coordinate learning activities.
• Upload, test and assign courses within the Learning Management System.
• Organise instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, handling logistics, participant management and training materials.
• Manage registrations, waiting lists, attendance tracking and training evaluations.
• Produce training reports, dashboards and KPIs for internal stakeholders.
• Support employees and international teams on learning offerings and training processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
• Maintain and administer the learning platform, ensuring data quality and system updates.
• Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist in designing and implementing new learning solutions and development programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or administrative support.
• Fluent English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
