Traffic Management Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

As a Traffic Management Officer you will lead the paid acquisition strategy for Natixis in Portugal, focusing on driving high‑quality traffic, qualified leads and conversions across digital channels. You will work closely with creative, content and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns while continuously improving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise traffic and conversions.
• Configure and validate advanced tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports and deliver actionable optimisation insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, content, analytics) to align campaign execution with overall marketing strategy.
• Test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options and messaging to continuously improve results.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and best practices in paid acquisition and digital marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, especially Google Ads.
• Proven ability to work with additional platforms such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
