Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Emma’s Trade Marketing team and lead in‑store marketing activations across multiple European markets. You will shape the visual and promotional experience for Emma stores and retail partners, ensuring the brand stands out both offline and online.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑store marketing activations and product communication for Emma stores and retail partner stores in eight EU markets.
• Create eye‑catching POS materials such as banners, roll‑ups, lightboxes, and displays.
• Develop a framework for POSM A/B testing to improve design effectiveness.
• Manage campaign implementation, overseeing production, shipping, and execution of visual assets in over 500 stores with the support of an intern.
• Drive store traffic by coordinating joint marketing campaigns with retail partners.
• Maintain brand consistency across all physical and online retail touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales, store teams, business development, product, brand, and creative departments to bring ideas to life.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about retail and digital marketing.
• Experience in in‑store marketing (displays, layouts) and online promotions (ads, product placements).
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple tasks.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and passionate about turning ideas into results.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch) are a plus.
