About the role
The Total Rewards Experienced Analyst supports employee shareholding operations and contributes to regional Pay Transparency initiatives within Air Liquide Europe Business Services.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with external service providers to manage shareholder data changes and ensure accurate processing of share sales, dividends and fractional rights.
- Validate early release requests, assist shareholders with formalities, and support Pay Transparency compliance.
- Collaborate with International Mobility teams and provide data analysis for Compensation & Benefits projects.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in HR administration, shared services or a similar analytical role.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Workday and case‑management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation).
- Basic scripting or automation tools (VBA, Apps Script, Power Automate).
