Test Manager (SAP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for a large‑scale SAP transformation programme in Lisbon. You will coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business brands, ensuring high‑quality delivery and alignment with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SIT and UAT across the programme.
• Develop and manage test plans, schedules and execution timelines.
• Facilitate test planning sessions, defect triage meetings and status reporting.
• Track testing progress, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support defect management and coordinate resolution with development teams.
• Provide regular reporting to project leadership and business stakeholders.
• Promote testing best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead on large transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across business users, developers, testers and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience working in enterprise programme environments, preferably with SAP.
