Project Manager – Technical & Engineering Projects

About the role

Loop Future is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex technical and engineering projects for a leading communications client. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle of hardware, software, electronics and systems integration, acting as the primary client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse project scope, timelines and costs in detail and develop a comprehensive project management plan.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, maintaining a risk mitigation plan.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and reporting status to senior management.
• Ensure deadlines are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary and maintaining regular client communication.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience managing complex technical or engineering projects involving physical products, hardware or integrated systems.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from design through warranty and support.
• Strong commercial and customer‑focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, hands‑on problem‑solving approach and ability to build trust through collaboration.
