Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Leads the operational execution of approved technology initiatives for LUMA Energy, coordinating implementation activities, schedules, cross‑functional collaboration and production readiness to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated implementation plans with clear milestones, resource needs and delivery structure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, OT, Architecture, Enterprise Services, PMO and vendors.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies throughout the execution lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance against schedules and drive corrective actions when variances arise.
• Oversee production releases and deployment sequencing to ensure orderly cut‑over.
• Validate operational readiness prior to deployment, confirming support preparedness, documentation and training.
• Follow company policies and regulatory standards to maintain compliance.
• Participate in storm restoration tasks and drills to support safe and reliable service recovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading technology delivery, implementation coordination, enterprise project execution or operational deployment.
• Proven experience with enterprise technology implementations, delivery management, integrated scheduling, production deployments, release management and operational readiness.
• Experience creating and implementing documents, policies and SOPs, and influencing cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• PMP, PMI‑ACP, Agile Scrum, ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications.
