Telco Project Manager

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead telecommunications tower projects from conception to delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendors and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet safety, regulatory and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with mobile network operators, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, produce regular status reports and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement activities, contractor performance and resolve risks, delays or budget variances.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in telecommunications infrastructure.
• Academic background in telecommunications, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Strong client relationship building, operational management and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient English communication, both spoken and written.
