Project Manager – Telecom Projects

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a passionate Project Manager to lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of telecom projects. You will act as the bridge between business goals, technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end project delivery within a dynamic telecom environment.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical teams and external partners.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and risks, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimise project management processes.
• Facilitate clear communication across cross‑functional teams and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex IT or telecom‑related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.
