Technician Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a Technician Production Support to ensure the stability and optimal performance of our cash equities execution platform. You will work closely with traders, developers and other stakeholders to deliver reliable services and continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform.
• Build and enhance monitoring solutions to detect and resolve issues quickly.
• Deploy production changes with minimal disruption while preserving platform integrity.
• Collaborate with traders, developers and other teams to implement process improvements.
• Manage incidents, perform detailed analysis and produce reports to maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Experience in application support.
• Strong Unix/Linux knowledge.
• Understanding of TCP and UDP network protocols.
• Basic scripting abilities (shell, Python, Perl or other languages).
• Fundamental SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
