Desktop Support Engineer – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT Support team in Lisbon. The role involves providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping maintain a stable, secure, and efficient workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote support for desktop, laptop, and software‑related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents while ensuring high user satisfaction.
• Support OS updates, software deployments, and device configurations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support endpoint security solutions and asset lifecycle activities.
• Monitor support queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user‑access issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Professional level of English.
