Senior Python Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions within our AI innovation team. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features, improve system reliability, and contribute to technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable Python applications.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions focusing on performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and well‑documented code following team standards.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously raise code quality.
• Integrate, test, debug and maintain software across development, staging and production environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and address performance, scalability and security issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing software with Python.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
