Technical Support Specialist – Automotive Diagnostics

About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist you will provide remote assistance to automotive workshops across Europe, helping them diagnose and repair modern, electronically controlled vehicles. You will work closely with original equipment manufacturers and use a range of tools, documents and resources to deliver expert support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional remote diagnostics and repair support to automotive workshops.
• Set up vehicle‑specific spare parts and assist with repair processes.
• Communicate clear solutions to customers via email and other available tools.
• Collaborate with internal Agile teams including developers, testers, product owners and UX/UI designers.

Required profile

• Formal automotive training equivalent to an expert‑level technician.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in automotive diagnostics and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle IT hardware and software systems.
• Familiarity with Nissan and Renault vehicles is a strong asset.
• Deep understanding of engine management, comfort (ADAS, trailer), electronics (ECUs, lighting, dashboards), energy supply, and braking systems.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level); French is a plus.
