Ruby Developer

About the role

Inetum is looking for a Ruby Developer to design, develop and maintain high‑quality web applications for its clients. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Ruby Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Familiarity with front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
