About the role
Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Technical Support Agent who speaks English to work on a project for one of the world's largest social media platforms. The project is described as innovative, dynamic and energetic, and involves tech customer support for tech devices.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (C2 level or native)
- Availability to work night shifts
- Already residing in the Lisbon area
- EU citizen or holder of the proper residence/work permit
- Any kind of previous experience in customer support, tech support or the gaming area is welcome
