Technical Support Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

Inetum is seeking a Technical Support Advisor who is fluent in French to join its data‑focused support team. The role acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring high‑quality assistance, efficient request handling, and continuous improvement of services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process support requests from internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Maintain service standards, operational controls, and data confidentiality while delivering excellent customer support.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with users, proactively identifying and addressing dissatisfaction.
• Monitor, report, and follow up on incidents, anomalies, and operational issues.
• Contribute to service excellence through process‑improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Support the upkeep and enhancement of operational procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, application support, service desk, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data‑related processes and business environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer‑service communication skills.
• Fluent French (C1) and upper‑intermediate English (B2).
• Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance is a plus.
