IT Support Specialist (L1/L2)

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 desktop support for a range of hardware and software across its client portfolio. You will work on‑site, handling incidents, service requests and contributing to the overall stability of corporate IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hardware and software support, including deployment and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile and audio‑visual devices.
• Manage and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS) and applications, performing installations, re‑installations and troubleshooting.
• Utilise the ITSM tool ServiceNow to handle incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate asset inventory.
• Assist with corporate networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, adhere to IT security policies and participate in disaster‑recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge‑base articles and technical documentation to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support, with strong desktop support competencies (L1/L2).
• Proven proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and messaging products.
• Solid experience with incident/request management tools such as ServiceNow and accurate asset inventory management.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English.
