Technical Support Advisor – Data (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Advisor with a strong background in Data and fluent French to join our international team in Porto. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling technical queries and ensuring a high‑quality support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage support requests received by phone, email and other channels.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and technical issues.
• Maintain high‑quality customer experience while respecting quality, security and confidentiality standards.
• Identify and report incidents, anomalies and process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share best practices.
• Support the update and improvement of procedures and processes.
• Collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of the Data business (mandatory).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, curious and autonomous mindset.
• Resilience, adaptability and strong communication skills.
• Good command of IT and management tools.
• Team‑oriented and results‑driven.
