IT Support Technician – Mid-level (Onsite, Porto)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Porto team. The role involves providing Level 1/2 desktop support for Windows and macOS environments and ensuring high‑quality service for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating system builds and application installations.
• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with SLA targets.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional desktop support experience (Level 1/2).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Fluent English; residence in Portugal required.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook (messaging) suite.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.
• Corporate networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Software installation, configuration and re‑installation.
• IT asset inventory management.
