IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) – On‑Site – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical assistance to end‑users across multiple locations in Portugal. The role is fully on‑site, supporting a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and workplace technology issues.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment.
• Support Windows, macOS, and iOS environments, including OS deployment and configuration.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain corporate and business‑critical applications.
• Resolve network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, printer, peripheral, and mobile device issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, deployments, and warranty information.
• Assist with office moves, user onboarding, and infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Strong experience in L1/L2 desktop support, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
