Technical Program Manager (Delivery & Sprint Management)

About the role

EveryWatch is a leading watch market intelligence platform that turns auction and marketplace data into actionable insights. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to own sprint delivery, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and keep projects on schedule across engineering, data, AI, product, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sprint process for multiple teams, including planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to ensure tickets are well defined, prioritized, estimated, and tracked.
• Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, Product, and Operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, blockers, and delays, and maintain delivery roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders and produce regular status reports and executive updates.
• Track team capacity, sprint velocity, and delivery performance, and continuously improve project management processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or Project Management.
• Proven track record managing software and data‑focused projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working in fast‑paced startup or technology environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Jira experience (workflow design, dashboards, reporting, backlog management).
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and GitHub.
