Technical Architect – Hospitality Projects (EMEA)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong and detail‑oriented Technical Architect to join our design team within a real‑estate development business focused on boutique hospitality assets. The role is centred on translating design intent into precise, buildable documentation from RIBA Stage 3 through construction, while working remotely on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high‑end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines using BIM and Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction‑stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of architectural design experience, preferably on low‑rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Independent, analytical, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Fluent professional English, both written and verbal.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Ability to work CET hours (9‑17 or 10‑18) and participate in daily team meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (including parametric families, freeform and terrain modeling).
• Strong BIM coordination experience with Navisworks.
• Competence in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Rhino and Enscape (plus).
• Understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and multidisciplinary integration.
