Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join the HOA Department at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club as an Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Technician. You will ensure the reliability of generators, lighting, and electrical systems while delivering high‑quality service to residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain generators, lighting, and all electrical systems in operational condition.
• Diagnose faults, repair or replace defective components promptly.
• Assess breakdowns, advise management on corrective actions and impact on operations.
• Estimate downtime for any required shutdowns.
• Conduct periodic inspections of new 220 V and three‑phase services, including wiring, pumps, conduit, panels, breakers, relays, timers, and controls.
• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs; install or replace fixtures, switches, receptacles, and wiring.
• Operate standard power tools, equipment, and trenchers for electrical installations and repairs.
• Execute other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 9th year of schooling.
• At least 5 years of proven electrical experience.
• Valid electrician qualification certificate.
• Experience as a maintenance electrician in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and industrial electrical systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
