About the role

Dellent is seeking a motivated Tech Recruiter to join our fast‑moving, candidate‑driven team. You will focus on sourcing and hiring IT talent, staying current with technology trends that shape our clients' hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen and compile shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical positions.
• Conduct interviews using multiple methods, including online platforms.
• Maintain a candidate CRM to ensure a robust pipeline and keep candidate data up‑to‑date.
• Stay informed about new technological trends to engage candidates strategically.

Required profile

• Work experience in recruitment, preferably as a Technical Recruiter.
• Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business or a related field (preferred).
• At least one year of recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid professional network.

• Hands‑on experience with online interview platforms such as Skype.
• Hands‑on experience with online interview platforms such as Zoom.
