Team Leader Travel Consultant

About the role

TIME4TRAVEL is seeking a full‑time Team Leader Travel Consultant to join its Porto office. In this on‑site position you will drive the implementation of the brand in the local market, oversee daily operations and support your team to deliver exceptional, personalized travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Porto market.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards and ensure tailored travel solutions meet client expectations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, monitor performance and optimise processes.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Proven organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SIGAV.
• Familiarity with AMADEUS.
