Team Leader - French Speaker

About the role

Our client, a multinational BPO organization, is seeking a French‑speaking Team Leader to support order‑to‑cash processes. The role involves providing strategic and operational assistance to the Team Manager, fostering a high‑performance culture, and ensuring seamless interaction between the country office and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to various order‑to‑cash teams.
• Coordinate and motivate team members, promoting teamwork and spirit.
• Ensure service and process execution meet defined KPIs.
• Report performance and quality metrics to senior management.
• Lead multifunctional meetings to discuss results and define action plans.
• Drive innovative and operational solutions through continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and build a network of contacts across functions.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Native French speaker with at least B2 level English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in client support, sales, marketing or shared‑services environments.
• Previous experience in team management and basic project‑management knowledge.
• Ability to connect with diverse teams and thrive in fast‑paced BPO settings.
