Team Leader - French (POR2)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Team Leader for its French-speaking team in Lisbon. The goal is to run operations optimally by following established procedures and rules, applying first-level controls and continuously seeking partner and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Help deploy the global strategy set by upper management within the team
• Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all team members
• Ensure operational oversight of activity performance and productivity
• Oversee human resource management in coordination with the HR department

Required profile

• Fluent or native spoken and written French
• Knowledge of activity management (performance tracking) and the assignment tools and applications used by the team
• Strong organisational skills, collaborative approach, responsiveness and adaptability to change
• Ability to support and guide team members in skill development with a pedagogical approach
• Knowledge of the insurance market and its main players, clients and activities is an advantage but will be learned on the job
