Over de functie

Als Team Leader van ons internationale call centre ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van inbound en outbound commerciële teams in Lissabon.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Coördinatie van commerciële contactteams (inbound en outbound) voor de internationale markt.
Definiëren en monitoren van KPI’s.
Stellen en beheren van prioriteiten.
Kwaliteitsbeheer en uitvoering van audits.
Ontwikkelen van strategieën en bepalen van prioriteiten.
Beheren van kritieke situaties.
Begeleiden en trainen van teamleden.

Gewenst profiel

Academische opleiding op hbo-niveau.
Minimaal 4‑5 jaar ervaring in coördinatie of supervisie binnen een call centre/contact centre.
Ervaring met internationale markten.
Ervaring in personeelsmanagement en het behalen van commerciële teamdoelstellingen.
Uitstekende communicatieve, argumentatie‑ en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
Methodisch, georganiseerd en veerkrachtig.
Sterke resultaat‑ en teamgerichtheid.
Vloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal.
