Tax Supervisor

About the role

Auxadi is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join its Lisbon team. In this position you will lead tax compliance activities, guide junior staff and ensure high‑quality deliverables for our multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review work of trainees and assistants, providing feedback and ensuring standards.
• Lead technical execution of tax processes, prepare deliverables and act as primary client contact.
• Coordinate tasks, monitor deadlines and upload deliverables to the platform.
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, stay updated on changes and communicate implications.
• Resolve tax issues, implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration with a tax focus or Law.
• Fluent English.
• Proven experience in tax outsourcing or similar services.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of tax principles, regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
