Project Manager – Banking Sector

About the role

Luza is looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects in the banking sector. You will be responsible for defining scope, timelines and resources while ensuring alignment across all involved areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and lead projects from definition to final delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timeline and resources.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, quality and budget, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in banking.
• Proven ability to manage projects autonomously and lead multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or hybrid methodologies.
