FP&A Manager

About the role

Coverflex is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to drive disciplined, capital‑efficient growth as the company scales across new markets. You will own the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring timely board reporting, robust forecasting and the creation of a unified metrics dictionary that becomes the reference for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the monthly close and board reporting process with zero gaps.
• Consolidate scattered metric definitions into a single, agreed‑upon metrics dictionary and promote its adoption.
• Line‑manage the FP&A Specialist, developing her reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Partner with Data, RevOps and other teams to design clean data models, self‑serve tooling and clear ownership for ad‑hoc requests.
• Strengthen forecasting and scenario analysis, delivering multi‑entity, multi‑market financial models.

Required profile

• 6+ years of finance experience, preferably in a SaaS or fintech scale‑up.
• Fluent English and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario/sensitivity analysis skills.
• Deep, hands‑on mastery of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV/CAC, margins).
• Proven experience partnering with cross‑functional teams to shape data, systems and reporting processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL (or exposure to SQL).
• BI tool familiarity (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Data‑modelling exposure.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
