Talent Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Manager to own and scale BRAINR's People & Talent function. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance management, compensation reviews, and people operations, while supporting a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
• Manage onboarding procedures and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate performance reviews, promotions, compensation adjustments, and career progression.
• Provide support to managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Handle HR operations with external partners, including payroll, contracts, and administrative tasks.
• Organise internal culture initiatives, engagement activities, and team events.
• Improve HR documentation, systems, templates, and internal processes.
• Monitor employee engagement and drive initiatives such as eNPS and feedback mechanisms.
• Partner closely with leadership on people and organisational topics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR, or Talent Management, preferably in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a high sense of ownership.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across teams.
• Comfortable balancing operational execution with strategic initiatives.
• Ability to create structure and improve processes as the company scales.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
