Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment & Employer Branding

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join Bosch Portugal's People Acquisition Campus, a dedicated internal recruitment service supporting all Bosch divisions in the country. You will drive talent attraction, manage end‑to‑end hiring processes and champion the Bosch Employee Value Proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Support local HR and hiring managers in defining talent attraction activities and selection methods.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Act as a sponsor for Bosch’s employer branding, defining strategies to attract target talent and participating in innovative initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment trends and implement continuous improvements to team processes.
• Manage stakeholder discussions, influencing decisions on recruitment, competence evaluation and internal hiring procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes, with project‑management and continuous‑improvement exposure.
• Ability to assess candidate competence through interviews, preferably using the SAR method.
• Strong understanding of the job market and active sourcing techniques.
• Collaborative, proactive team player thriving in multinational, cross‑functional environments.
