GBS Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The GBS Learning & Development Specialist drives knowledge consistency and operational excellence across finance processes. You will design, deliver and maintain training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring continuous development and alignment with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A/R, Treasury, MDM) and Oracle content.
• Create and maintain high‑quality training materials, manuals, guides and e‑learning modules.
• Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with process owners to prioritize content.
• Monitor training effectiveness, evaluate impact on performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements and maintain accurate training records.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and support knowledge transfer during country transitions and process migrations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• In‑depth understanding of finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A/R, Treasury, MDM).
• Experience designing and delivering training programs in a global environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with process owners, GPOs, managers and HR partners.
