Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Closer Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring IT professionals for a variety of projects in data science, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit IT profiles such as software developers, data engineers, and other technical roles.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the hiring process.
• Operate in a fast‑paced recruitment environment, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Maintain clear communication in English with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Work onsite at the Carnaxide office two days per week while also supporting remote activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a passion for results.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Flexibility to work onsite twice a week.
