Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Bosch Portugal’s People Acquisition Campus and become a key driver of talent attraction across all Bosch divisions in the country. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with local HR teams and hiring managers to shape and execute recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR and hiring managers in defining talent attraction activities and selection methods.
• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Promote Bosch’s Employee Value Proposition and develop employer‑branding initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment trends, propose and implement process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder discussions, influencing decisions on hiring, competence evaluation, and internal processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Project‑management experience and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of the job market and active sourcing techniques.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution‑oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
