Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer you will join Amaris Consulting’s Recruitment Department and help drive the company’s international growth by managing the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring candidates receive an exceptional experience while delivering the best talent to internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, pre‑screen, and interview candidates via phone and reference checks.
• Define proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies based on evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, other TA teams, and business units throughout the hiring cycle.
• Build and maintain a network of expert candidates, both active and passive.
• Represent Amaris Consulting to candidates and clients, deepening relationships and ensuring a high‑quality employer brand.
• Participate in every recruitment stage from need definition to final candidate selection.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, dynamism, creative thinking and talent‑identification abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and relationship building.
• Fluent English for global stakeholder interaction.
