About the role
Stellantis Shared Services Portugal is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle in Maia. The role combines recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and off‑boarding to improve the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, assessment and candidate engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers to support hiring decisions, develop recruitment materials and improve acquisition effectiveness.
- Coordinate employer branding and talent attraction initiatives such as job fairs, graduate programmes and recruitment campaigns.
- Assess training needs and support the development and execution of the annual training plan.
- Coordinate training logistics, validate content and track effectiveness.
- Design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding programmes to accelerate integration and productivity.
- Manage off‑boarding activities, including exit interviews, reporting and analysis of employee feedback.
- Develop, maintain and improve HR processes, metrics, dashboards and reporting for recruitment, training, onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, managers and business leaders to enhance employee experience and support organisational objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, learning & development or generalist HR roles.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Experience coordinating training programmes and learning initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational and project‑coordination capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to generate and interpret HR metrics.
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced/fluently English.
