Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

knok is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its People team and help source, assess, and hire talent that will drive the company’s mission to digitalise healthcare. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings and first‑round interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintain a great candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Collaborate with the People Lead on offers and hiring decisions.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and share best practices.
• Support employer branding efforts and engage with relevant communities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a people‑focused role (internships count).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers through clear, timely communication.
