System Administrator – Cloud & On-Premise

About the role

Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a System Administrator to join its Nearshore team, providing remote support for international clients across the Netherlands, Germany and other European countries. You will be responsible for maintaining both on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring they are secure, reliable and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimise Windows Server (2016+) and Linux systems.
• Support containerisation initiatives, set up new environments and landing zones.
• Automate infrastructure using PowerShell, Terraform and YAML‑based tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.
• Manage Azure resources within hybrid architectures and work with OpenShift.
• Support Citrix environments, including image management and application packaging.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Maintain system security, patching and lifecycle management.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders and clients to ensure service quality.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration.
• Solid Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands‑on experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible/Puppet).
• Familiarity with container platforms such as OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix and ELK.
• Excellent English communication skills.
