Swedish Customer Support Agent – Online Streaming Platform

About the role

A leading professional services company is looking for a Swedish-speaking customer support agent to join a multicultural team in Lisbon. You will provide multi-channel support to users of its online streaming platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer queries by phone, email and chat
• Provide general and technical support
• Identify, troubleshoot, document and categorize cases and possible bugs
• Resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures, escalating complex problems when needed

Required profile

• Preferred experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre (B2C and/or B2B) with live multi-channel support (phone, chat, email)
• Fluent Swedish (C1) and English (B2)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy with colleagues and customers, and professional writing skills

• Good typing speed
