Swedish Customer Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Swedish Customer Advisor to work in Lisbon, Portugal, on behalf of a global client that is one of the biggest companies in Portugal. The agent supports the client's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, who include prestigious worldwide brands. The position is full-time, with 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand.
• Integrate into a multicultural environment.
• Develop customer relationships and give them the best possible experience.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Swedish at C2 level or native.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility.

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Good computer skills.
